Where is your company?
Our company is located in Taiwan.

Can I visit you?
Yes. Welcome to visit us. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment.
We warmly welcome our clients and partners from Taiwan or abroad to visit us.

How is the quality of your products?
Our products are designed and produced according to the standard ISO 9001:2015 requirements. All of our products are 100% at all of production process to ensure the highest quality. And in 2017, the company established IATF 16949 Quality Assurance Implementation Committee. We move toward the goal to pursue better quality.

Can I get free samples?
It depends. Most of time, a little sample fee will be charged for our regular designs or custom ones. The charges will be refunded when your mass production order is confirmed.

Do you have after-sales service?
Yes, we offer a broad range of after-sales services, which ensure top quality standards and fast problem resolution.

We provide customers with the best service and great value such as:
1. Technical support for poduct operation.
2. Product preserving methods

Can you make custom products?
Yes, we can. We have more than over 3 decade OEM experience. We are confident to handle your projects and meet your specific needs.

How about the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ depends on products. We also accept small orders, and prices will be higher.

How long do you need for production and delivery?
In general, goods which are in stock will be shipped within 5-10 working days after we receive your payment. In case products which are regular designs and models are out of stock, it will be 20-45 working days for production after we receive your payment with all order details confirmed.

As for special quantity and delivery time, please contact us when you are ready to place an order.
It may take 14-40days for customs clearance, Express (DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS) , Ocean freight, Air freight, and inland transportation. Thus, please place orders in advance to maintain your available products in busy seasons.

How about your payment terms?
We offer T/T, L/C, and Paypal for payment.

How about shipping?
There are several ways for selection: Ocean freight, Air freight, Express delivery (DHL, FedEx, EMS, UPS or others).

How do I become a dealer/agent for your products?
We welcome inquiries from distributors worldwide. If you are an industrial or automotive dealer/agent interested in becoming our authorized dealer/agent, please contact us with your personal information and business ideas.
